UltraZED™
No other steel purlin is as strong or economical with raw material usage. The unique profile of the UltraZED™ Steel Purlin is based upon years of research and product development and uses 20% less steel than the typical purlin.

UltraBEAM™
The advanced design of the UltraBEAM™ provides a stiffened C section that out-performs traditional beams, while also being lighter and more versatile.

Custom lengths are available making design and on-site assembly easy while minimising waste. With depths up to 305mm that can accommodate a clear span of 8m the UltraBEAM™ is ideal for floor joist applications as well as side cladding.

UltraSTEEL™

Hadley's patented method of altering the surface characteristics of roll formed steel, resulting in stronger section and significant reductions in raw material usage. The UltraSTEEL™ process is a major technical breakthrough and can be developed for use on virtually any light gauge cold roll formed section or product.

In 2006, we won the Queens Award for Enterprise: Innovation for: the UltraSTEEL™ process - which provides a significant reduction in material usage for any given section.

UltraSTEEL™ Applications :

Stud and track partitions are lightweight, non-loadbearing and quickly assembled on site. They provide cost-effective partitions suitable for all types of commercial, recreational and industrial buildings as well as residential developments.

UltraSHEET™ is a corrugated steel panel and suitable for all applications where a standard corrugated steel sheet profile is specified. Ideal for the construction of most utility/storage shelters and purpose designed buildings and elevations calling for a low cost but visually attractive alternative to standard corrugated products.

Window and Door frames produced in PVC-U materials are also benefiting from steel web strengthening sections produced by the UltraSTEEL™ process a new and important application.

UltraGRID™ is a lay-in exposed ceiling grid system manufactured to the highest possible standard utilising UltraSTEEL™ process and is suitable for most applications and can accommodate a wide variety of lay-in ceiling tiles.
