We are market leaders in pre-pierced door post technology with the ability to pierce in 3 faces if required including closed joint box profiles. The door posts can also be cut to length on line to suit the door size. Historically many door posts in the market are either post operation pierced or alternatively laser cut, both of which are extremely costly in comparison to the pre-pierced alternative. Our customers also benefit from the advanced UltraSTEEL™ process.

The market leaders in cut to length technology. Ink jet identification means you can include your name or part number, date of manufacture, length or any combination (this is subject to the length and character size). Can be manufactured from most material grades including stainless. Most profiles are manufactured using the UltraSTEEL™ process. Many standard sections available. Box profiles and channel sections available from standard universal tooling.
