UltraZED ‘CW’ (weld-on) and ‘CB’ (bolt-on) Series Cleats are suitable for general roof applications.
CW SERIES CLEATS are mill finish for welding on to steelwork.
CB SERIES CLEATS are galvanised finish and are supplied with a fabricated base containing 2 No.18mm holes for mechanical fixing.
CW and CB SERIES CLEATS have 6 No. x 14mm holes in their face and are suitable for all purlin systems. Customers wishing to fabricate their own cleats should ensure their design satisfies the load requirements and the maximum top edge to top hole dimension of 22mm is not exceeded otherwise the cleat will foul the web stiffening element of
UltraZED.
