Utilising the latest coil-fed manufacturing plant enables us to supply sheets in any length from 4’ 0” (1220mm) to 30' (9144mm).

AS A ROOFING SYSTEM....

A complete roof system constructed ‘Over Purlin’ with a white polyester coated internal steel panel fixed to the purlin. A nylon ferrule is used which acts as a cold bridge, combined with a Mini-Zed spacer, allowing mineral fibre quilt to be laid over the entire roof area. The system is complete when the outer sheet HI30 is fixed to the top flange of the spacer. It can also be erected as an ‘Under Purlin’ system, where the liner is attached to the underside of the purlin, leaving a space for the thermal insulation either between the purlin or below it.

AS A WALLING SYSTEM....

The HI19 profile has distinct advantage over other liner panels, as its symmetrical design allows both under and over purlin/rail applications, thus eliminating the need for a reverse profile.
