We stock a wide range of galvanised coil and manufacture all our corrugated sheeting in-house, so we can supply whatever you need, when you need it. Using advanced manufacturing methods and plant we produce product of the highest quality in a range of sheets sizes and guages.

Typical Applications

Hadley corrugated sheeting is ideal for a wide varitety of applications, from the construction of most basic utility and storage shelters through to purpose designed buildings. The quality of manufacture and range of sheet sizes ensures economical use and a long life in demanding environments.

Galvanised Coated

Galvanised sheets are manufactured from full prime quality hot dip zinc coated steel.
Substrate: FEP026 to EN1 0142:1991
Surface finish: Bright spangle

Polyester Coated

Polyester coated sheets are manufactured from full prime quality material.
Substrate: Galvanised FEP02G to EN1 0142:1991
Surface finish: High performance polyester or lining enamel.

Identification

Identification and full traceability are maintained by ink jet marking sheets with the British Standard number together with the week and year of manufacture.

Curving

Corrugated sheets up to 10/3" wide can be supplied curved, available in a variety of lengths and gauges

Quality

All corrugated sheets are manufactured to the tolerances specified within BS 3083 : 1988
Quality assurance is central to the manufacturing philosophy of the company, we use state-of-the art plant and our strict process control that conforms to BS EN ISO 9002 1994, the international standard for quality control systems.

Utilising the latest coil-fed manufacturing plant enables us to supply corrugated sheets in any length from 4' 0" (1220mm) to30' 0" (9144mm)
