The Hadley Group continues to develop its proud heritage of apprenticeship training, ensuring that core skills are passed from generation to generation. At a time when many manufacturing companies are looking to cut training costs, we remain committed to a substantial investment in our apprenticeship scheme - valuing this key investment as the future lifeblood of our business. Each year new apprentices are selected to begin their careers within the group, and are given valuable opportunities to learn new skills as they train.
