The Hadley Group Apprenticeship
The groups apprenticeship scheme has been running successfully since 1969. The training scheme has continually improved to incorporate best practice and since 1996 was converted into a Modern Apprenticeship (MA) to cover the guidelines laid down by the government through the local LSC and linked to NVQ Levels 2 & 3. Each year the training scheme successfully trains apprentices to skilled and professional full-time employment within the Hadley Group.
In 2004 the training scheme introduced a Production apprenticeship. This programme consists of two years duration and specialises directly in production areas including maintenance and toolroom skills for those apprentices that want a more hands on approach. Successful apprentices become Setter Operators within one of our Manufacturing companies with scope to further improve their career development in the Hadley Group.
